Victoria Wild is a desert-adventure slot from TrueLab, first released in February 2020 and distributed by Yggdrasil since September 2020. The base game runs on 5×3 with 15 lines; both bonus rounds add a sixth reel. There are three kinds of Wild, two separate free-spins rounds — one triggered by Scatters, one by a collection meter — and a treasury bonus on top. RTP is 96.40% and volatility is medium. The top win is where sources split: 6,600× at launch, 25,000× in later listings.

Who makes it
TrueLab is a studio from the True Flip group. Victoria Wild was its launch title in 2020. Later that year Yggdrasil picked it up as the first game of its partner programme for outside studios, which is why some casinos and databases list Yggdrasil as the provider. Two later games share the name: Victoria Wild Deluxe (2021, six reels and a bonus buy) and Victoria Wild West, a separate 10-line game. This review covers the 2020 original.
Which max win is right?
TrueLab’s launch announcement and an early LCB report give 6,600×. Gambling.com, Casinos.com and SlotCatalog give 25,000×, and VegasSlotsOnline 20,000×. The most likely explanation is that the figure was raised for the Yggdrasil release, but no source confirms that. The game’s paytable at your casino shows the cap that applies. Why the published maximum matters less than it seems is covered in our max win guide.
Three kinds of Wild
- Sandstorm Wild — the base-game Wild, substituting for everything except Scatters. Two or more on one spin start a Sandstorm: a jumping Tornado Wild that moves around the reels for the next few spins.
- Lamp Wild — appears in Temple Free Spins. Each one is collected towards the Secret Treasury.
- Waterfall Wild — appears in Oasis Free Spins on any reel except the first and turns the whole reel Wild.
When a Tornado meets a Sandstorm Wild, Tornado Respins start: the Wilds lock in place and the other positions spin again until no new Wild lands. It works like the Wild respins in Miss Cherry Fruits and Better Wilds, compared in our respins guide.
Two free-spins rounds
| Temple Free Spins | Oasis Free Spins | |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | 3 / 4 / 5 Temple Scatters | 25 Oasis symbols collected on the map |
| Spins | 8 / 10 / 12 | 10 |
| Grid | 6 reels | 6 reels |
| Special Wild | Lamp Wilds, collected for the Secret Treasury | Waterfall Wilds that fill a reel |
For a game built around a Mystery Box of different Wild features, compare Tropical Wilds. The two rounds connect: Temple Scatters can also land during Oasis Free Spins. The Oasis round is the less common design: its symbols can appear on any base-game spin and fill a trail on the map, so the round comes at a fixed point of progress rather than by luck on one spin. How these rounds compare with the free spins in other games we review is in our free spins guide.
Secret Treasury
Collecting seven Lamp Wilds in Temple Free Spins opens the Secret Treasury. Its prize is described in two ways: up to 25× the free-spins total (TrueLab), or a pointer worth up to 166.66× the bet (Gambling.com, Casinos.com).
The six-reel layout matters for the top symbol. Victoria pays up to 120× the bet for six on a line, which is only possible in the free-spins rounds; five in the base game pay 24×.
Victoria Wild against other medium-volatility games we review
| Victoria Wild | Better Wilds | Miss Cherry Fruits | |
|---|---|---|---|
| RTP | 96.40% | 96.42% | 96.13% |
| Lines | 15 (5×3, 6 reels in bonuses) | 25 (5×4) | 20, both ways |
| Free spins | Two rounds | None | None |
| Max win | 6,600× or 25,000× | 500× | 1,000× |
At almost the same RTP, Victoria Wild offers far more features than Better Wilds or Miss Cherry Fruits, and a much higher ceiling — whichever figure is right. The cost is complexity: three Wilds, two rounds and a meter to watch.
Pros and cons
Who should play it, and who should skip it
Good fit if you:
- like several features that connect rather than one bonus round;
- want medium volatility with a bigger ceiling than most medium games;
- enjoy collection meters that build towards a guaranteed round.
Probably not for you if you:
- prefer simple rules — see our fruit slots with Wild features instead;
- want to buy the bonus — the original has no confirmed buy option;
- need one confirmed max-win figure before you play.
