Woolly Wilds is an Ice Age slot from All For One Studios (All41), part of the Games Global portfolio, released in late 2023. It is a 5×3, 25-line game with an eagle Wild on the last two reels, free spins in which those reels turn fully Wild, and a Jackpot Container with five fixed jackpots. A Gold mode costs five times as much and unlocks a Super Jackpot. RTP is 96.20%. This review covers the original game, not the later Woolly Wilds MAX.

Base and Gold mode
Before each spin you choose the mode:
- Base — the normal game, bets from 0.20 to 3.
- Gold — five times the cost (1 to 15), adds a Gold Mammoth symbol and the Super Jackpot, and raises every jackpot fivefold.
Both modes are listed at the same 96.20%, so Gold changes what you can win, not the long-run cost.
Symbols, Wild and Scatter
- Mammoth — the top regular symbol: 0.5×, 4× and 9× the bet for 3, 4 and 5 on a line.
- Gold Mammoth (Gold mode only) — 0.75×, 6× and 15×.
- Eagle Wild — lands only on reels 4 and 5 and substitutes for everything except the Scatter.
- Sun and moon Scatter — pays 5×, 20× or 100× the bet for 3, 4 or 5, and starts free spins (how Scatters work).
Free spins
- 3, 4 or 5 Scatters award 10, 15 or 25 free spins.
- During the round, reels 4 and 5 are completely Wild. Any symbol that lands on reels 1–3 of a line therefore pays as five of a kind.
- 2 Scatters add 5 spins, 3 Scatters add 10.
- At least 5 cells of the Jackpot Container are active in every free spin.

The Jackpot Container
Any win of five symbols on a line opens the Jackpot Container, a set of 15 cells that hold the jackpot prizes. The higher your bet, the more cells are active. The prizes:

The unit is disputed. SlotCatalog and AboutSlots describe these as fixed cash amounts in euros that do not change with the bet; VegasSlotsOnline lists them as multiples of the bet. The cash reading is better supported. If it is right, the jackpots are worth far more relative to a small stake: a 1,000 Grand at a 0.20 bet is 5,000 times the stake. Because more cells are active at higher bets, the jackpots are easier to reach for players who stake more. Do not raise your bet to chase them: a higher stake raises the cost of every spin, and the game does not publish how the RTP changes with the number of active cells.
Woolly Wilds and Woolly Wilds MAX
The sequel keeps the grid, the modes and the same statistics, but raises the Super Jackpot to €100,000 and the maximum win to 60,000×. Make sure the casino lobby shows the version you mean.

Who should play it, and who should skip it
Good fit if you:
- like fixed jackpots that you can see before you spin;
- want free spins with two full Wild reels;
- prefer medium volatility with a win on about one spin in four.
Probably not for you if you:
- play at minimum stakes and want an equal shot at the jackpots — fewer cells are active;
- need fully confirmed figures — several come from one database only;
- cannot check which RTP version your casino runs.
